If your drop off location is in Ontario, the shipping fee is 15 CAD and for other provinces and territories is 20 CAD in a flat rate. However, for some products or orders more than 30 Kg weight may charge more. In this case, we will let you know before shipping the item.
Our standard shipping service for packages up to 30 kg is Canada Post regular for Ontario and UPS Ground for other provinces(Some exceptions may apply). If you need another carrier, please send us an email to arrange what you would like.
Shipping and handling charges for the truck or heavy shipments will add to your invoice. However, we will let you know before shipping.
Our shipping is only Canada-Wide
You can return your purchase to us for a full refund, credit or exchange up to 60 days. Please return it in its original packaging in its original condition otherwise you may charge up to 10 percent for opened packages. The cost of returned products is your own. Before returning any product, please send us an email for a return authorization number.
Please note that because of federal government regulation, we can not accept all first aid products after shipping so please consider them as a final sale and non-refundable.
